REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Restora ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
OUR 60-NIGHT GUARANTEE
Try your Restora product for up to 60 nights. If you're not happier with it, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. The guarantee covers gently used items — we genuinely want you to put it to the test.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR REFUND
Email contact@tryrestora.co with:
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) involved
3. A short note on the reason
We'll reply with simple instructions within one business day.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
- Change-of-mind returns: items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- 60-night guarantee returns: gently used items are accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received or your guarantee request is approved, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we'll cover return shipping.
RETURN SHIPPING
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns: we'll provide return instructions; return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund for the original and place a new order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we'll help.
