SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Restora. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery windows vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- Australia: 8–15 business days
- New Zealand: 8–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, peak periods, and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

SHIPPING COSTS
- FREE express shipping on all orders over $60.
- Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown clearly at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us and we'll look into it for you.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed, contact us — we may be able to help.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For most orders to the destinations above, no additional duties apply. In the rare event customs fees are charged by your local authority, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before an order ships — contact us quickly. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
